Custom-made items
Our patches, embroidery and appliqué (clothing decoration) are made to your design and specifications in Great Britain. We are based in Newton Abbot, Devon, England, and produce custom embroidered patches, machine embroidery on garments and caps, and appliqué for clothing. Because each order is custom, we cannot offer returns or refunds simply because you change your mind. We encourage you to check design files and details before we go into production. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).
Faults and errors
If you receive patches, embroidery or appliqué that is faulty, does not match the agreed design or was sent in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the item and, where the fault is on our side, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. You may need to return the item to our Newton Abbot, Devon, address for inspection; we will cover the cost of return in such cases.
